Software Operating Instructions

1. Standard Word Processing Rules apply. ENTER or TAB keys moves forward from field to field. SHIFT + TAB moves backward. CONTROL + ENTER allows the cursor to move within the large boxes that have multiple lines. You may also use your mouse as well.

2. Use Forms/Select to move from page to page.

3. Use Forms/Clear to clear input on a page.

4. Use Edit/Clear All to clear input in every document at the same time.

5. File/Print will print the current page.

6. Before Printing, Windows must be set for Letter Landscape 300 DPI OR LESS. If your printer only prints a partial page adjust these settings.
